Ray Barbee! One of the nicest guys I know! The same guy who almost single handedly help the skate scene transition from neon crap/spandex to wearing jeans and ball caps! At least in my little scene. At the time the runs Ray was doing and all the no complys was out of this world. I’ve attached a little You Tube video of his 1989 part in Powell’s “Ban This”. That's right, after nearly 3 months and somewhere around 800 entries, today is the final day to enter into the “Win Scuba Steve's Camera Contest.” There have been some awesome entries so far, and in the last few days we've recieved a ton more. We have our work cut out for us in the next few days to narrow the pack down for Scuba to sift through.
