For everyone in OC who is close to Huntington Beach, come meet at HB Pier this Saturday June 21st, at 6PM and skate down to the river jetties for food and drinks. We’re also raising money for our skate pal Johnny Romano to kick his cancer’s ass, so bring wads of cash and lots of positive thoughts.

REELcomp.com and the Maloof Money Cup have partnered to offer a chance for four AMs out their to skate in the Maloof Money Cup and try to get their piece of the 450K up for grabs. All you need to do is upload a sponsor me video into the contest by May 31st. REELcomp and the Maloof Money Cup will be sending two AM skaters to compete in the Vert Comp and two AM skaters to compete in the Street Comp. Videos will be preliminarily judged by the users and then the winners will be chosen by a celebrity judging panel. Get over there and get entered.

Check out all the action from the RVCA demo that took place at Active Ride Shop Escondido. Leo Romero and Kevin “Spanky” Long got down it. Spanky, in top form after suffering some injuries this past year. The guy is a straight up biker now, so I don’t know if “Spanky” still applies, but whatever, he’s rad. Let’s change it to “Snake”! Our own Anthony Pshebelski (pronounce She Bell Ski! The P is silent!!) threw down like the hungry Am he is. Look out for him to rule the skate planet. Oh, he’s the young man cranking out the switch front side big heels and wearing the killer head band. I know… I’m a brown noser! Watch the video sucka!!
