Sabre Vision and Active hit the streets of LA and IE to bring the stoke to the Locs! Stopping by the West Covina skate park, Pomona (Palomares!), and Chino. Best trick contests went down and homies grabbed free shades/decks to add to their spoils. Check the vid featuring Active and Sabre vision riders shredding along with the unsuspecting locals. Big thanks to Jeff Garza from Sabre Vision, the brainchild of this amazing trip! Keep and eye out for Sabre vision rolling through your hood this fall!!
Vans shoes are always coming out in new colors, designs, silhouettes, etc. So what better way to spice it up than to have an artist’s work printed on the shoe? That’s just what they’ve done and using artwork by Keren Richter. Click to read more and see all the photos! Read the rest of this entry »

The Fourstar Street Pirate logo, the skull and crossboards serves as a banner for skaters everywhere to show their intent on pillaging and plundering everything on the street. Over the years, Fourstar Clothing has diced and sliced it up in more ways than can be remembered. Now Fourstar and Active are giving you the chance to make it look however you want. The directions are simple,
- Download the Street Pirate logo here
- Put your own spin on the logo by coloring it, rearranging it, adding to it, subtracting from it, or whatever else you can think of. Just make it your own.
- Send your submission to Pirates@activerideshop.com
- Check news.activerideshop.com frequently for updates. If we like your submission, (or hate it enough) we’ll put it on the site for everyone to see.
- The best Show Me Your Pirates logo submitted will be made into a Fourstar T-shirt graphic for their Fall 2009 collection.
